Crossposter

Terms of Service

Effective date: August 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crossposter, a web application and Telegram Mini App available at stoian.ai (the "Service"), operated by Dmitrii Stoian ("we", "us", the "Operator"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

Crossposter lets you connect social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage (for example Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and publish or schedule your own content to those accounts through their official APIs. The Service acts only on your explicit instruction: nothing is published unless you create the post and confirm publication.

2. Accounts and eligibility

3. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on third-party platforms (Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Telegram and others). By connecting an account you also agree to that platform's terms and policies, including TikTok Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use and YouTube Terms of Service. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, rate limits, content decisions or changes to their APIs. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Connections page, which revokes our access.

4. Your content

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk content, to publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing material, to circumvent platform restrictions, to access accounts you are not authorized to manage, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

6. Plans, fees and changes

Some features may be offered under paid plans. Prices and included limits are shown in the Service before purchase. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice; material changes to paid plans take effect at the next billing period.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or platform policies, or where required by law. On termination we revoke platform access tokens and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platforms, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published at this address with its effective date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
